Voting Question: Myspace mp3 player.. "NaN% loaded" error scripting?

Ok i got a myspace mp3 player, it worked for a couple hours now its not playing my songs. When i click play i see "NaN% loaded" flash in the top right corner.. It wont play any music.. any track will just stay 00:00 to 00:00. I dont think its the place where i uploaded my music because the links are still alive and i can make a new flash player from the site with the same exact links i have in this one and it plays just fine... Resolved Question: I need help embedding a music into my web page.?

Ok I have a mp3 file on my desktop and I'm using the html editor in WordPress. I use the html script for automatically playing a song without having to press "play". When I check to see if the script works in visual, it shows a Macromedia Flashplayer icon and the original script after it (meaning the WordPress didn't accept the script). I really don't want to have to make my music play only by pressing play so I really need someone good at html to help me. So: Do I have to load the music to the server to embed into the html? If the server has a maximum limit to the amount of data you can put in one file, is there a way around uploading the music directly to the site? Thanks in advance!  more

Resolved Question: Faster way to put web pages together / Ideas for streaming MP3 files off a website?

I have been working on a music website and It has been taking way too long to put together even though I have plenty of help !! the problem is that we have too many MP3's to put up and we have been making small pages with a small player embedded in each one to stream the mp3 off of, and link it to a "listen" button, when the button is clicked, a small window pops up and the song rolls. Now this has been taking too much time and we are starting to get pretty frustrated with it, So is there any easier way to do it ???? maybe a flash player that we can use for all songs (P.S. the songs are down loadable so I need a flash player that would allow users to download the songs played as well), or is there some kind of program that would help us generate these pages automatically ???? We only have knowledge in using Macromedia Dreamweaver for web designing and Macromedia Fireworks for graphic designing, no programing skills of any kind . . . . Any piece of help or information can be very useful and time saving, Thank you for reading.  more

I'm making my music with Finale NotePad, but it makes the music into MIDI's, which isn't too bad, except that it doesn't allow uploading to most music sharing communities and I can't import it to Macromedia Flash. So long as it gets the job done, anything will do... even if you provide links to 2 different programs, one converts MIDI's to a specific format and the second converting it into an Mp3. It used to be the case that when you listen to a streaming session it would save to "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings" as an mp3, but this isn't the happening anymore. Mondo Sessions and Nocturnal by Matt Darey are played through macromedia on their web sites. I know they still download to the hard drive because they only load once and don't need to be downloaded again when you revisit the site. Input appreciated.  more

i can download embed videos and media with a fireFox add On (for example you tube videos). but i have problems with mp3 that are streamed and encoded with macromedia. from the page source i get things like: "/swf/artistPlayer.swf?artistId=116628" and in my temp folder there is only a .swf file. Is there any way to capture those mp3s?  more

Looking to fix my comp's prob? bad image exe? can't play anything on wmp. only mp3 on vlc.? i get this message bad image the application or dll c:/windows/system32/ddraw.dll is not a valid windows image. please check this against your installation diskette. thing is my comp came pre installed with windows xp and i don't have the disk to re format my computer. is it that there is a video type memory that is full and i have to dump it? is something possibly damaged internally? i'm wondering if i will have to wait for vista to launch since it would be a waste to buy xp now. maybe i'm stuck and have to get a new comp. any ideas would be great! thanks :) Additional Details just tryed re installing direct x. thought it might work but no :( tryed reinstalling macromedia flash. nope :/  more

Resolved Question: Installation question?

I am trying to install the software for an FP3 (kids mp3 player). The cd should be easy enough to install. You're supposed to just put it in the drive and it asks you if you want to install, then guides you through the process. I get to the point where it asks me if I want to install, I click "Install" and then it tells me "Driver not found. Reboot your system and run this setup again." I tried rebooting (twice), I checked the minimum system requirements, I made sure I have the macromedia flash plug-in installed. Any suggestions? Please help!  more
