Arab Religion Questions and Answers
Open Question: why do educated people believe in god?
I've never understood how a person can attend school for 20+ years. Yet lead their lives based on the writings of un-knowledged peasants. Religion is (I'm making an assumption) the root of most homicidess in history. I'm not talking about Joe Blow murdering some innocent dude. I'm talking about the Holocaust, all of the wars of the ancient world were religionn based. Ask the Aztecs about the wars againstt the Portuguesee and Spanish christians. Oh, that's right, you can't they were exterminated by the christians. The Crusades of course. The wars between the Catholics and the Protestants in Europe. World war 1 started because of a religious fanatic shot Archduke Franz Ferdinand. The african wars between the Hutus and the Tutsi's. The Arab-Israeli war(s) were of course, religiously motivated. The millenia long conflicts between the Shia and the Kurds is religiously motivated. The conflict between Israel and Lebanon (hezbollah) is undeniably religious in nature. The list is almost endless. Oh and if your oblivious enough to believe the whole 9/11 scam, then that would be an example to. Point is, noone knows the answer. Plain and simple. Now I don't pass negative judgement to anybody with faith, but American Society is based on a lie. Which is scary, Knowing that they control me. moreOpen Question: Should we just start World War III and get it over with?
Basically, 9/11 started it anyway so why not finish it? In the long run, the world will probably be better off Allies: United States, European Union, Australia/NZ, Japan, South Korea, India, Israel, Canada and South America Axis: North Korea, Iran, Saudi Arabia and all other Arab Muslim countries Undecided: China and Russia After all the recent Iranian BS, I just think it's time to put down the Muslims and retrain them about what is actually a part of their religion (prayer) and what is cultural BS (the way they treat women) Who's with me? moreOpen Question: Is today religion teacher teaching the right way of life or ....?
Many religion leader, teacher and master is dictator and cruel. They brainstorm their thinking and their idea life to the followers by applying element of threatening. e.g. 1. You must strictly follow this else you are sin, can not go to heaven or you will be punished to hell. 2. The religion master become politicians. They use the name of god and their political influence to maintain their words and ideas is powerful and must be strictly followed. This deter the followers use their brain to think wisely. 3. The religion master heart is so selfish, cruel and evil. Their hunger the whole world to recognized that their words are rule to comply. They stop his followers to recognize human rights, think wisely of every act and choose the right way of life. 4. Some religion master is so selfish and evil that they want the whole world have the thinking like them to practice the religion he leads. This is like the act of monster and making of monster kingdom. 5. Some religion master carry out rule and regulation and punishment like isolate them from their love to prevent them become another religion. 6. Long ago the arabian were not muslim, these people were punished when they want to be muslim. 7. Today some religion master have organise body to catch the followers or stop them to follow other religion. 8. Those religion master are loosing the right thinking or attach to their crazy power or thinking. I think they are cruel like those who purnished the people in Arab before they became muslim. Luckily they can not carry out physical punishment according to today human rights else do you they will enforce the physical punishment? Scary? ***Forcing another person other than yourself or yourself without chance to investigate and think wisely is evil, cruel, against human right and universal law *************** moreOpen Question: Ramadan. Would u marry an American Muslim revert?
Like a white guy? I dont mean any offence by the question, but it was just a q that popped to my head. I mean think about it. For American girl reverts it's probably easier, but for a Muslim girl who's parents r Pakistani or Arab or whatever, they probably wouldn't let their daughter do so, probably bc the guy doesn't know so much about it bc he's new to Islam, or bc the parents would be concerned how serious he is about religion. It's easier for Pakistani, Arab, whatever guys with Muslim families to marry American girl reverts bc he's like the head of the household. Kinda get what I'm saying? I'm sorry, I questioned this wrong. It was actually a q for girls asking if they would marry an American guy revert. I'd definitely marry a revert, but just asking bc it's harder for guy reverts to get married, I mean with the girls family being cautious usually and all moreResolved Question: Help!!! Only the ground in Africa, but of culture, race, history and customs is quite different from black Africa I read a statistic that the number of women raped in South Africa in one year, more than 50000 women raped means every day more than 130 women raped I do not speak for the German white people but I speck for the Africans, the police official says in South Africa the number is much higher because women do not go to the police ... A long series of massacres was perpetrated against the Jews in Arab countries. They did not declare war on the countries in which they lived. They were loyal citizens. That did not help them. Their suffering was erased. Their story is never told. The Palestinian narrative has overpowered the historical dialogue. There is no need for a Palestinian narrative versus a Zionist narrative. We need to shake off narratives in favor of the truth. And the truth is that the Jews were murdered more, dispossessed more, and suffered more. A stunning testimonial from those years, which actually comes from the Arab side, sheds light on the issue. In 1936, Alowite personages send a letter to the French Foreign Minister in which they expressed their concern for the future of the region. They also referred to the Jewish question: "The Jews brought civilization and peace to the Arab Muslims, and they dispersed gold and prosperity over Palestine without damage to anyone or taking anything by force. Despite this, the Muslims declared holy war against them and did not hesitate to massacre their women and children… Thus, a dire fate awaits the Jews if the mandate is cancelled and Muslim Syria unites with Muslim Palestine”. The interesting thing is that one of the letter's signatories was none other than the great grandfather of Bashar Al Assad, the president of Syria. We must remember that Nakba Day is the date of the declaration of Israel's independence, May 15th . We must remember what happened just a few hours after that declaration. The Secretary of the Arab League, Abdul Rahman Hassan Azzamaha, announced the declaration of war against Israel: “This war will be a war of annihilation and the story of the slaughter will be told like the campaigns of the Mongols and the Crusaders.” The Mufti, Haj Amin Al Husseini, who was close to Hitler during the Second World War, added his own bit: “ I am declaring a holy war. My brother Muslims! Slaughter the Jews! Kill them all!” The mini-Holocaust of the Jews in Arab countries. Various documents, some of them discovered only in recent years, show that the declaration of war was far broader. It was actually a declaration of war on the Jews. Research that was conducted, among others, by Prof. Irwin Kotler, former Minister of Justice of Canada, shows that the Arab League formulated a bill that would place a series of sanctions on the Jews, including confiscation of property, bank accounts and more. The preamble to the bill states that “All Jews will be considered members of the Jewish minority in the State of Palestine.” And if the fate of the Jews of Palestine was sealed, the fate of the Jews in Arab countries was clear. The bill was indeed the background to the sanctions against the Jews in Arab countries sometimes by way of legislation, as happened in Iraq and later in Egypt, and sometimes by taking those measures without the need for any legislation. According to the fabric of lies, the Jews in Arab countries lived peacefully in their environment, under the protection of the government, and it was only because of the Zionist movement and the harm done to the Arabs in Palestine that the Jews began to suffer. This lie has been reprised innumerable times. Most of the Jews in Arab countries did not undergo the horrors of the Holocaust. But, even before the advent of Zionism, that did not make their situation much better. There were periods in which the Jews enjoyed relative peace under Muslim rule, but those periods were the exceptions. Throughout Jewish history in Muslim lands there were humiliations, expulsions, pogroms and a methodical deprivation of rights. Series of Pogroms We can, of course, start with the conflict between Muhammad and the Jews. As part of the social reform undertaken by Muhammad, and bringing the Arabs out of the era of the Jehalia, Muhammad also drew on the monotheistic concept, perhaps primarily from the Jews. Many motifs from the Jewish religion appear in the Koran, for example, circumcision and the prohibition on eating pork. But Muhammad wanted to convert the Jews, They, of course, refused. The result was a confrontation that ended in the expulsion and slaughter of hundreds. The Jews, as the “People of the Book,” were given the right to live under the protection of Islam and to practice their religion. From time to time, from generation to generation, the conditions underwent changes. In many cases, the Jews lived under the covenant of Khalif Omar. This covenant enabled them to live as protégés (“Dhimmis”), albeit with inferior status. But many times, under Muslim rule, they were not even allowed a life of inferior status. The Golden Age: One of the proofs of the coexistence of Jews and Muslims is Jewish prosperity under Muslim rule in Spain and the Golden Age. The reality, however, was different. It encompassed a series of violence against the Jews. In 1011 in Cordoba, Spain, under Muslim rule, there were pog moreResolved Question: Is it Time for Arabs to face truth?
As strange as it may sound, despite dozens of years of Israeli "peace" with states such as Egypt and Jordan, Arab societies in the Middle East didn't quite bother with the following question: What's Israel all about? Many people never bothered to find out what is this Israel and who comprises it; besides, peace with it was perceived as a matter for the kingdom and governments. The kind of peace that is irrelevant for the masses. It was seen as a sort of financial agreement between the ruler and some kind of dark and imaginary kingdom, a shadowy fortress whose outrageous existence can only be seen on television channels. This is also why it's so easy to hate it, as it is easy to hate anonymous terms or people. However, the new position of the Israeli government, which demands recognition of both parts of the "two-state" slogan, is placing a mirror before Arab societies for the first time. This is an important development that must be insisted on at any price. The need to recognize Israel as a Jewish state or as the Jewish people's state will force the Arabs to make a decision, look at Israel, and understand what it's all about. Is there a Jewish people? Most Arab community leaders would say: Not at all, just like Mahmoud Abbas or Saeb Erekat believe; at most, there is a Jewish religion, and perhaps Jewish culture. However, in order to get their own state, they will have to recognize this people, its identity, and its national movement – that is, Zionism. They will have to start to truly take interest in it, in reality and not in the world of illusions. These are tasks that were never required of the society around us, and therefore we had a cold and sterile peace, vis-à-vis the regime only, along with a limited economic elite made up of those who enjoyed personal perks as result of the peace. In the Arab online community at least, the first discussion since Israel's establishment is taking place at this time on the question of whether Israel exists, and whether it should exist –as a Jewish state no less. This is what the slogan "two states for two peoples" is all about. Yes, the Jewish people is also a nation, and the Arabs will have to accept it, without the compromises of the failed Oslo Accord. For that reason, Israel must insist at any price on both sides of the equation, as Prime Minister Netanyahu is wisely doing at this time. No shortcuts Placing a mirror in front of someone is a moral thing to do. In my view, this is the only way for the Arabs to understand that they have not approached Israel properly to this day, assuming they looked at it at all. If such demand is made, and they rejected it to this day, what does it say about them? That they're racist? Unwilling to recognize the other? Living in an imaginary reality? They claimed that Israel is imaginary, but perhaps they are the ones who are imaginary and unrealistic? After all, up until now they claimed that Israel is the racist one, yet by rejecting the existence of a Jewish people they are in fact being exposed as racist. It's not easy for them. The new formula requires them to see Israel in a realistic light. It has a right to exist, it is home to 7.5 million people, and it has an economy, life, culture, and existence. This isn't easy for those who grew up with blatant anti-Semitic norms or with cold disregard for this Israel. The mirror placed before them teaches them about themselves. It's about time that after more than 60 years, the educational process of peace with the Arab world is underway. It will be long and difficult, as real educational processes tend to be, but there is no escaping it. There are no shortcuts here; it's unavoidable. moreResolved Question: How do I get my brother to leave his Catholic "girlfriend"?

Western people follow christianity and Arabs, Islam. Both the religions consider Jewish religion as the only true ancient religion. Arabs before Islam was a great civilization and Egytian civilization was the fountainhead of all civilizations. Hence it is possible Israelis mossad invented time machine and send two of their worst operatives in the past. One christ to convert the white people and the other one mohammed to convert the eastern people. Idea to place all civilizations below the Jewish civilization. The only place the cow killing Jews falied is India. Hinduism is still representing the entire true and sacroscant western and arab civilization. Another proof that Mohammed was send by the Israelis in 1967 in a time machine because Muslims changed their first qibla from Jarusalem to Mecca and in 1967 Israelis captured entire Jerusalem Ismael eliot is a perfect victim of israeli gameplan. Hence target Israel Even panther is a victim of mossad's time machine. Mossad spent 20 years from 1947 to 1967 to prepare Quran and then send it back to the past to prevent any future ramasses to eradicate them, not only this they ensured that arabs hate ramasses. They are ok with nassers, nasrullahs and ladens The following is what a Muslim has said in response, read it properly and you will find that the person is a victim of mossad's "Operation Mohammado-Quran"---No, Allah is the name for God Almighty in the Arabic language. That's a perfect name which cannot be mis-used as other names as 'God' is used. Allah is not a personal God of anyone. He is the Lord of all worlds. The creator and Cherisher. There is none worthy of worship beside Him. Unto Him we all return. Prophet Muses (pbuh) worshiped none but Him. So was Jesus Christ and Muhammad (PBUT). Hence this is a truth. There is only one Creator and rest are creations. All those deities that exists in the name of 'god' are fake and false. They can bring no good or harm even a fly. So if you learn properly, it's Islam since the first man. Islam is all about worshiping one true God and submitting to His wills. Those who do so are called 'Muslims' Ain't I am right A muslim gentleman corrupted by the mossad operation has posted the following message "To the questioner: I am not influenced by any one's ideology. The message of Islam is plain and clear for those understands. Islam existed long before any Mosad or agents were made. Hence you have to revise the wrong history books you are referring to. I think you want to prove worshiping deities is the truth of religions,,,, If you are a Hindu, even Hindu scriptures tells about worshiping one God and not to make any figure or statue of Almighty. Still you people do it. So you are being influenced by the greater evils of creation, who is Satan. He want to lead astray mankind and not follow the truth. Allah (God Almighty) calls towards worshiping Him alone and submitting to Him" he has failed to know the existence of time machine. It is because he is a muslim and mosr probably an Arab, so israelis do not want him to know about Ramasses and Nebucadnezzar.Mossad wants him to know only Prophet Mohammed Prophet Mohammed did nothing but injected the poison of Judaism in the veins of valiant Arabs. Proove: Arabs now believe in the jewish theory of a world where God sends Prophets with Holy books see what a muslim/arab has said:wait a minute u know everything wrong Allah is not a muslim ,hindu or a jewish god he is the god and creator of everything prophet muhammad did not inject poison of judaism but taught islam .one more thing islam did not start from muhamad(pbuh)it started from when universe was created it is the god's religion. This is the way israelis are successfully destroying the memory of valiant arabs like ramasses and nebucadnezzar.Hey Judaised Arabs, learn from us the Hindus and the Nazis to the person signed as saif : islam considers moses as prophet, who was the first ben gurion, it considers david as prophet who was an ancient ariel sharon, it believes in penis cutting which was and still a jewish custom.it condems ramasses who fought successfully, unlike the current rulers against the jews.moreover there is diferrence, oh: my idiot saif won't you know if ditto things would have been introduced would you have joined the jewish religion in the name of islam.christianity is slightly different because of constantine's revolution, he refused to adopt the exact things introduced by paul and peter. moreover white people rediscovered zeus after renaissance moreResolved Question: Name any corporation organization or government as powerful as the media?
New science -- new ideas , how we percieve old ideas What they ignore --- we do not hear about -- What is important to them is heard repeatedly --- It is often unlikely that they can not reach every single person in the western world with one singe idea or fear -or set of "facts" They can change how you see any policy any President any nation any religion Media sways opinion and it creates awareness Policies passed that suit the media and the friends of the media will not likely receive much coverage if any ---even if it does infringe on you're rights It also defines the opposition -- the "other" side - Advertising dollars from major corperate spending run into the millions of dollars range When Coke buys time slots it is big money business Millions on something that sways opinion and creates awareness Manipulation of the media equals manipulation of the market -- manipulation of the consumer --- changes the market by allowing certain things and not others to become known --- the decision is never an informed one We are to take their word for it they did their homework and left any bias out of their appraisal of something we will never see and likely will never even read about in more detail .... they could literally tell you anything because they as a group can squash any counter arguments by villifying them constantly or ignoring them --- either way they control the message of the opposition They now might have created their own opposition . If I'm not correct country of America was "founded" by Christians who hopped off of a boat with a Bible in one hand and a gun in the other. These were the same people who slaughtered millions of innocent Native American men, women and children and then built a society where they believed that Black folk were 3/5 a human being. Christians used to burn people at a stake for believing they are "Witches", look how bloody the Middle Ages were, when they would hang children for stealing food when starving. The churches pray for men to go and kill in affairs that don't concern them, leaders who get arrested with 70,000 imagines of children on their computers, yet when a SMALL group of bent thinking individuals believe they are doing God's work they stand for the entire religion of Islam and the Arab world? I am not a Muslim, but damn, the irony of people's thinking is crazy...Christianity has so much blood on it's hands it's unbelievable Have you ever read a Bible? If so you'll know the entire first half shows a God of war Are you saying that The Genocide of Native Americans didn't happen? For you to say that means you have never gone to school. You my friend, are a certified dumbass. I bet you believe the Holocaust was a myth too huh? that men are not tempted to rape them, and to prevent fornication. Why would any religion teach that every man you meet is a slavering rapist? Why should tiny girls have to wear the hijab - is every man a slavering paedophile rapist? Whatever religion teaches such rot cannot be a good religion. I think this is calculated indoctrination from a very young age - so that women accept their place as powerless non-members of society. So many religions have marginalised women, through dress and other rules, including Islam, Christianity and Judaism. This is a complete turnaround from the much older world religions which revered women. I have visited Muslim countries and have always dressed accordingly and been treated with the utmost respect as an older woman. But it was always evident that women were treated as second-class citizens. Some Muslim countries still ban education for girls. Surely, anyone can see that this is madness? Why on earth are we still trading with them? Should we not have introduced sanctions? Thank goodness I was born in the UK and had the opportunity for education and never had to wear the veil or undergo an arranged marriage. How can Muslim women living here not want to overthrow this oppression? All I can say is that my husband is not going to fall on you with uncontrollable lust the moment you leave your home without a veil. But then, of course, there is the simple explanation of the veil from an Arab friend; "It's so that when you meet your future wife, you can't see that she needs a shave more than you do" Got an answer? Would love to hear it. Oh, Saif, the veil is not a gift of Islam; it's a way of keeping you subjugated, unseen and unheard (you've obviously been indoctrinated from a young age, then, if you consider the veil an advantage). And No, Mo, not in any way an attack on the Muslim faith, just on mens' misinterpretation of it and the subsequent subjugation of women - quote me the passage in the Quran where it says a woman must cover her face in public. moreVoting Question: Can someone help me improve these two paragraphs grammatically?
Unfortunately, the issue of racism is a universal one, and it puts the lives of minorities on the edge everywhere. The form of racism that this paper will discuss is not different from most forms of racism—that exists in other parts of the world—in that it lies on the principle that an ethnic group is superior and better than the other groups. The uniqueness of the Jewish form of racism in Israel is that it is often preached by elected ministers in the so-called “democratic government,” and by Jewish people in the state of Israel that was “established on the backdrop of racism towards the Jews.”2 Racism in Israel stems out of different factors such as: religion and ethnicity. Often, it’s gone beyond the basic violation of human rights to form a distinct identity, very brutal in nature. The West Bank and Gaza Strip Walls of Racial Separation stand to be the biggest evidence of the apartheid structure of government in Israel; the evidence today is overwhelming that these walls were built based on racist ideologies and not to stop the flow of Palestinian terrorists as usually claimed by the Israeli government. On the other hand, bills are often introduced in the Knesset, Israel’s parliament, to link the right to vote and receive state allowances to military or national service (which means that Arabs in Israel face the difficult choice of fighting their own people in time of war or getting changed with treason). Some bills that require ministers swear allegiance to an “only Jewish” state are often introduced in the Knesset as well. 2 In addition to all of that, very few Arabs are allowed to hold key positions in the state of Israel. On the public level, Arabs are often ridiculed and harassed at airports, discriminated against in the job market, and degraded through hate speeches that advocate a mono-ethnic and clean state. Even the national anthem itself is very troubling; it contains expressions for Jews coming home to a “Jewish” land, leaving little or no space for non-Jewish people in Israel, which creates a fundamental problem since 20 percent of Israel’s population is Arab ethnically?1 moreResolved Question: Ive really fallen for my boss!?

[Muslim, Ahmad, Aboo Daawood, an-Nasaa'ee, at-Tirmidhee, Ibn Maajah] DO NOT DIVIDE OUR UMMAH [And dispute not one with another lest ye falter and your strength depart from you] (Al-Anfal 8:46). Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Do not differ, for the nations before you differed and perished (because of their differences)." [And those who disbelieve are protectors one of another. If ye do not do so, there will be confusion in the land, and great corruption] (Al-Anfal 8:73). [The believers are nothing else than brothers. Therefore make peace between your brethren, and fear Allah that haply ye may obtain mercy] (Al-Hujurat 49:10). [And those who came (into the faith) after them say: "Our Lord Forgive us and our brethren who were before us in the faith, and place not in our hearts any rancor toward those who believe. Our Lord! Thou art Full of Kindness, Most Merciful"] (Al-Hashr 59:10). And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allâh (i.e. this Qur'ân), and be not divided among yourselves, and remember Allâh's Favour on you, for you were enemies one to another but He joined your hearts together, so that, by His Grace, you became brethren (in Islâmic Faith), and you were on the brink of a pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus Allâh makes His Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.,) clear to you, that you may be guided "And be not as those who divided and differed among themselves after the clear proofs had come to them. It is they for whom there is an awful torment." "Verily, those who divide their religion and break up into sects (all kinds of religious sects), you (O Muhammad SAW) have no concern in them in the least. Their affair is only with Allâh, Who then will tell them what they used to do." Q.23:52: "And verily this Ummah of yours IS A SINGLE UMMAH and I am your Lord and Cherisher: Therefore Fear Me (and no other)." "But people have cut off their affair (of unity), between them, into sects: Each party rejoices in that which is with itself." "Those who SPLIT up their religion, and become mere sects each party rejoicing in that which is with itself!" "O Men, We created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may KNOW one another (NOT THAT YOU MAY DESPISE EACH OTHER)." Quran CLEARLY orders us NOT to be divided and separated and yet we have REFUSED to do so and decided to live in over 55 countries. We are too busy being proud Palestinian, Jordanian, Yemeni, Turkish, Iranian, Iraqi, Saudi Arabian, Syrian, Pakistani, Kashmiri, Chechen, Bosnian, Algerian, Libyan, Egyptian, Moroccan, Lebanese, Bengali, etc. How many more nationalities are we going to see in the UMMAH ? How many more divisions? How many more separations ? The Kaffir are killing us one by one, as seen in the "New World Order" (Chechnya, Bosnia, Kashmir, etc). Divide-and-conquer is really working on the UMMAH. Lets all work together to put an end to this nonsense called Nationalism, a completely alien, and forbidden ideology in Islam. The Messenger of Allah (saw) also said, "The believers, in their love, mutual kindness, and close ties, are like one body; when any part complains, the whole body responds to it with wakefulness and fever." Why do I keep seeing this argument over and over about Arabs having 22 countries, or some people even say 35. They say that Arabs have these countries, so why can't Palestinians live there. First, who divided up the ME? Who is responsible for those borders? And why did they divide it that way? And why do people assume that if you are Arab, you are all the same, or the same culture, or the same religion even. This makes no kind of sense to me at all. If that was the case, why isn't all of South America one country, aren't they all the same, and why isn't Africa one big country, aren't they all the same? And why did a bunch of Europeans slap themselves down right in the middle of an Arab area, and then start complaining? Someone please explain these things to me, because I just don't get it. @ Kim (aka Lakhota) Actually, the main countries involved in these false borders were Britain and France. Why are you so paranoid? And also, I personally do not agree with any country expelling innocent civilians for any reason, least of all their religion. Yes, I think it is wrong, and I think they should be compensated. But also, let us not forget that Israel its self blew up synogogues and terrorised other Jews in other countries to get them to believe they were targets, in an attempt to populate the new 'Promised Land'. Up until then they were living fine in those countries, they had synogogues, and practices their religion, so why did Israel have to stoop to such measures? I also find it interesting that when they waged a campaign to get Iranian Jews to leave Iran for Israel, they wouldn't go, or some left, but instead, they went to other countries. Why do you suppose that was? @Rooster, what a load of hooey. If there were Arab Jews there, there were Arab Muslims, and Arab Christians. You just object the Arab Muslims and Christians. What history, you mean the history Israel re-wrote? Only you lot buy that. ok LB, if you want to remain anonymous in your new ID, thats up to you. I don't really care. Just so you know, I have a very good friend who is Iranian Jew, he left to get his education, his family is still in Iran. They have no problems there at all, they have quite a good Jewish community there. Also, in my families village in Egyt, there are Christian families living in the village along with Muslims. Until I was told they were Christian, I never knew, I took tea at their house, and had dinner just like every other house there. They were not treated differently. I am not saying it didn't happen to some, but I think you are blowing out of perspective. About the synogogues, it is common knowledge, be indenial if you wish, I wouldn't want to take you out of your comfort zone. BTW, report away, it is common for your group. moreResolved Question: Americans (Christians, Jews, Atheist & Others)?

Let’s All Accept Islam by Bruce Bialosky Mr. Obama, your speech in Cairo encouraged me to reconsider my thoughts on how I view Islam as a religion in today’s society. I have really thought it over and decided to fully accept Islam … with just a few caveats. First, they have to stop treating women as second class citizens. Don’t tell me those head covers are worn by choice. They are forced on them just like honor killings. It is sad the French have it right and we don’t on this issue. This is a country where we have worked for a hundred years to bring equality to women. Allowing any woman to be subservient is disgraceful. And come to think of it, tell your Secretary of State and Speaker of the House to stop covering their heads on visits. They are supposed to be beacons of the women’s movement. By covering their heads, they are not being respectful to their hosts-- they are disgracing every woman who ever fought for equal rights. Next, tell the Islamists to stop killing gays. Maybe gays are not totally accepted in this society, but we have made great progress in the last 50 years. We may not agree on gay marriage, but we certainly agree on equal rights for gays. We don’t allow them to be killed just for being gay. How about the issue of freely elected democratic governments in the Muslim world? Not too many of those around, are there Mr. Obama? Next, the Muslims should stop trying to tell us they really care about the Palestinians and that the trouble in the Middle East is because of their problems. One of the BNP's main policies is that different ethnic groups cannot live side by side. So based on this info about Israel and Palestine we can come to certain conclusions. A) The Jews are of one religion, but from many different ethnic make ups, from Russians to Ethiopians. The Palestinians are all arabs and of one make up. So the BNP should give one point to the palestinians. B) The Israelis came and set up camp in an arab world. Therefore they are seen similar (in their view) to non-european immigrants in the UK. So two points to the palestinians. C) The nationalists of before, like the National Front, with its strong connections (the first BNP MEP was actually leader of this when the BNP was first established.) hated Judaism and was very anti-semitic. Three points to the Palestinians. D) The BNP has become very, very anti-islam in the last few years, even allowing a "jewish" member to become councillor (i put quotation marks because quite frankly she was born jewish but is not, married to a BNP member who is not jewish, and part of the BNP, and she does not practice, so hardly jewish in most people's eyes). It's logical to consider the old age of the earth, as independently attested to by astronomy, geology and other scientific methods entirely independent of one another (not to mention radiometric and carbon dating), as well as the genetic fusion and common ancestry which all species share as a test of faith from God to see if anyone is stupid enough to actually believe we evolved. Anyway, the evolutionists' assumption that the scientifically demonstrated genetic change via environmental transition can necassary culminate into a new species is totally invalid. To the Young Earthers I say - if the earth really was young and evolution obviously false without common ancestry and among faith tests, God would no longer be a mystery found only deep within the hearts of men. It's up to man to accept the reality of God, however, as accept Christ as their Lord and Savior (Islam being the only other religion claiming salvation from eternal punishment, Christianity is indeed the one and only canditate for Pascal's Wager due to the Arab legends in the Koran that refute it. Thus conversion to Christianity is something based on pure intellect and human reasoning). moreResolved Question: how can this islamic essay be improved?
The doubts spread by the recent deviant group known as the “Quraanites” or “Ahl al-Quran” has taken to the hearts of some of the youth who are not educated in the religion. This minority group which organized itself as a group in the Indo-Pak region by al-Jackralaawee has become severely active on the internet in the recent years. Many people assume that the Quraanites trace their roots back to the “ex” Coptic Christian, Rashad Khalifa (also known as Richard Caliph). However the Quraanites only formulated as a group during the time of Abdullaah al-Jackralaawee, before this they trace their ideology to the first sect of Islaam: The Khawaarij. The reason it is said that this group is a recent group is that the Quraanites never existed as a group until the 1800’s. The overwhelming majority of the Muslims, including the sects, agreed upon following the Sunnah. Even the Shee’ah who split away from the companions of the Prophet –peace be upon him- agreed upon following narrations. The scholars of Islaam have refuted these people before, and their arguments have been dismantled by the books and lectures of the scholars. However most of these refutations remain in the Arabic language whilst the Quraanites mainly target those who are completely ignorant of the Arabic language. This tactic is used because it easily enables them to play around with the English translations of certain Arabic words to give a specific meaning. Although there are writings of these Quraanites in the Arabic language, they use the same principle in attacking the Sunnah which is manipulation of the Arabic language to suit their beliefs. Let us look at a popular example. Allaah says in Surah an-Nahl, verse 44: وأنزلنا إليك الذكر لتبين للناس ما نزل إليهم ولعلهم يتفكرون ((And we have sent down the remembrance so that you may explain to the people that which has been revealed to them so that they may contemplate)) The word “Dhikr” which translates as “Remembrance” refers to the Qur’aan and this is not disputed. But the word “explain” is where the Quraanites place their manipulations. The Sunnah is the explanation of the Qur’aan as Imaam Ahmad said in his Usool as-Sunnah: السنة تفسر القرآن ((The Sunnah explains the Qur’aan)) The Quraanites will maintain that the Qur’aan does not need any explanation and it is clear to all who read it. They use some verses to support themselves as evidence for this. Let us first look at this word: “لِتُبَيِّنَ”, “so that you may explain” Before proceeding, it must be understood that with any language the “proofs” and “evidences” for a matter are not formulated except by “تتبع والإستقراء”, meaning by following the development of the language from its origins. Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen explained this in his explanation of Kitaab al-Aajurrumiyyah, a well-known book on Arabic Grammar. So in order to understand the language, one must look at the way it was used and understood in the past. This is how the dictionaries have recorded the meanings of words and this is how the language was understood. This concept of linguistic transmission itself is a refutation of the Quraanite rejection of the sciences of narration because linguistics itself is a narrative science. So InshaAllaah we will look at how the word “بَيَّنَ” “Bayyinah” was used and understood during the time of the Prophet –peace be upon him-. Ibn Mandhoor mentioned in his monumental compilation: Lisaanul ‘Arab (The language/tongue of the Arabs) concerning the word: بَيَّنَ (Bayyanah): وتَبَيَّنَ الشيءُ: ظَهَر ((And to ‘Bayyanah’ (clarify) something is to make it manifest)) And notice there is a difference between Bayyanah and Bayyinah. Ibn Mandhoor mentioned: ومنه قوله تعالى: آياتٍ مُبَيِّناتٍ، بكسر الياء وتشديدها، بمعنى مُتبيِّنات، ومن قرأَ مُبَيَّنات بفتح الياء فالمعنى أَن الله بَيَّنَها ((And from it (the meaning) is the statement of The Most High (Allaah): “Clear Verses” with the Kasrah [ِ] of the Yaa [ي] and giving an emphasis/Shaddah [ّ], and whoever recites “Mubayinaat” with a Fat-hah [َ] on the Yaa [ي] then the meaning is that Allaah is the One who clarified it.)) This is a proof that in the case of this Ayah, it is not Allaah who “explains” but rather the Prophet – peaces be upon him-. And this is why the scholars of Tafseer have said that the meaning of this verse is: ((To expound to the people what comes from its meanings and its rulings.)) (Tafseer al Maysar) Imaam ash-Shanqeetee said in his Adwaaul Bayaan: ((And The Most Majestic and Most High (Allaah) mentioned in this verse two rulings from the ruling of the revelation of the Qur’aan to the Prophet –peace be upon him-)) He continues: ((The first of them: to explain to the people what has been revealed in this Book from the orders and prohibitions, the promises and covenants, and like that. And this ruling has been clarified in other than this place as well. Such as His statement: “And We have not revealed to you this Book except that you explain to them that which they differ about”, and His statement: “Indeed We have revealed to you a book in Truth that you may judge between the people”)) The second matter from this Ayah is the contemplation of what has been revealed. Imaam as-Sa’dee said in his Tayseerul Kareem: ((And this means to clarify its wordings and make clear its meanings)) Imaam at-Tabaree said in his Jaami’ Ahkaam al Qur’aan: لتعرفهم ما أنـزل إليهم من ذلك ((So that you may explain to them what has been revealed to them from that)) Imaam al-Qurtubee said in his Tafseer: ((So the Messenger –Peace be upon him- is the one who explains from Allaah what He intends in what He says in His Book from the rulings of Prayer, Charity, and other than that from that which He has not explained.)) Ibn Katheer said in his Tafseer: ((And due to this the Messenger of Allaah –Peace be upon him- said: “Rather I have been given the Qur’aan and something that is like it with it”, meaning the Sunnah. And the Sunnah likewise was sent down as a revelation just as the Qur’aan was revealed except that it is not recited as the Qur’aan is recited and Imaam ash-Shaafi’ee –may Allaah have Mercy upon him- and other then him from the Imaams used this as evidence and many other evidences and this is not the place to mention them.)) What the Quraanites cast their doubts on is on the word “Tubayyina” (to explain). They try to loosen the meaning to refer to pronounce without any explanation. This way they can nullify the understanding and explanations and statements of the Prophet –Peace be upon him-. moreVoting Question: Why Americans hate Islam and Muslims?
At the beginning I'm from Egypt so i will start my question by telling you the Arab impression about America, actually we don't hate American citizens but we hate it politics we hate bush politics against the Arab people we hate what he did in Iraq but if America changed her politics and her view about Arab so all the world and include the arab people can live in peace then we will welcome to america. i will give you small example about that, we all "the arab people" like obama because his politics and his aspiration to peace and allot of Egyptians think that he is best president of America ever and they may like him even more than there arab president it self because he change the relation to east and west to be better, it's not my opinion it's based on Gallup studies and polls. your answer about my question may be because they are terrorist i will answer that my religion islam have no relation with terrorism our holy book prove that the greatest sin is killing people what about killing thousand of innocent people so i think that those people had no religion to kill all this people because islam is the religion of peace and tolerance and not the religion of intolerance, hate, killing peoples. you don't have right to ddecidethat islam is the religion of terrorism and 1.6 billion Muslim people is fanatic and terrorists because of few bad peoples that don't have any relation to Islam. and about Israel and palatines conflict i wanna say that Arab Palestinian and Jews have the right to have home in this area* as obama said. the must live together as one country not two country in peace do you know what Arab call palatine or Israel? .... they called it the cradle of religion but the problem there that Israel deny palatines right to have home there so Palestinian are not terrorist they are protecting there rights to have own home after allot of Israel and American forbidden promises bu i believe that obama will solve this problem. if you don't believe me then please watch this, it's http://www.youtube.com/user/mads2jensen then i hope to see your opinions about this topic moreResolved Question: How do asian family members react if a guy in their family is seeing an arab girl who is a moderate muslim?
I'm a transferring college sophomore and there is this asian guy I met at my college 2 years ago. He's attending the university which I'm transferring to. I have a crush on him and I told him so. He also told me that he has a crush on me. We went out together 5 times in the past two months. Last weekend when I went to his home to pick him up I met his parents. His dad was very polite, but his mother made me feel very uncomfortable. She asked me many questions about my family, my religion, and middle east politic. I'm an american born arab. How am I suppose to know about politic in the middle east. I felt like I was being grilled at a job interview. He brushed it off when I asked him how come his mother asked me so many personal questions like that. He said his mother is like that just ignore her. I come from a respectful traditional arab family. I don't think it is right for me to ignore his mother when I'm dating him. However, I don't want to stop seeing him. I just feel funny around his family. moreResolved Question: Why did a US President call Mohammed the False Prophet, and Islam a doctrine of brutality, deluded?
Some real history! This honest US President wrote, after his retirement: "In the seventh century of the Christian era, a wandering Arab of the lineage of Hagar, the Egyptian, combining the powers of transcendent genius, with the preternatural energy of a fanatic, and the fraudulent spirit of an impostor, proclaimed himself as a messenger from Heaven, and spread desolation and delusion over an extensive portion of the earth. Adopting from the sublime conception of the Mosaic law, the doctrine of one omnipotent God; he connected indissolubly with it, the audacious falsehood, that he was himself his prophet and apostle. Adopting from the new Revelation of Jesus, the faith and hope of immortal life, and of future retribution, he humbled it to the dust, by adapting all the rewards and sanctions of his religion to the gratification of the sexual passion. He poisoned the sources of human felicity at the fountain, by degrading the condition of the female sex, and the allowance of polygamy; and he declared undistinguishing and exterminating war, as a part of his religion, against all the rest of mankind. THE ESSENCE OF HIS DOCTRINE WAS VIOLENCE AND LUST: TO EXALT THE BRUTAL OVER THE SPIRITUAL PART OF HUMAN NATURE. ... Between [Christianity and Islam], thus contrasted in their characters, a war of twelve hundred years has already raged. The war is yet flagrant. ... While the merciless and dissolute dogmas of the false prophet shall furnish motives to human action, there can never be peace upon earth, and good will towards men. As the essential principle of his [Muhammad’s] faith is the subjugation of others by the sword; it is only by force, that his false doctrines can be dispelled, and his power annihilated.” John Quincy Adams, 1829. Adams was the Sixth US President under the Constitution. http://mideastoutpost.com/archives/000095.html moreResolved Question: Why peace with Muslims when they don't tolerate any religion but their own in their countries?
Muslims can come to the US and are free to practice their religion. A Christian, Hindu, Buddhist goes to an Arab nation and try to practice their religion and their life is in danger. Why do we need to find common ground with savages? Holy cow--I know I am wasting my time-but care to cite a source showing Christians in this nation denying Muslims a right to practice their religion? moreResolved Question: Why do most Arab muslims still not approve of a mixed race marriage?
I have been in Kuwait for a while now and I know many muslim Americans who have tried to marry muslim arab women. The majority of the fathers will say no because the man is American. These are all good muslim men, they pray, fast, go to the masjid, etc... better than many arab muslims I know, yet, the fathers say no. I do not understand the logic behind this when Islam is a religion that teaches that everybody is equal and there is no race in Islam. You find this thinking mainly in the GCC countries. Would the fathers really perfer to have their daughter married to an Arab muslim man who is not so religious, rather than a good religious American man? I know many American which are married to Arabs as well but the problem seems to be mainly in the GCC countries (Kuwait, Saudi, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, and Oman). You find many people here who are very religious but refuse to let their daughters marry a good man just because he is not an Arab. I am saying that this actually goes against the principals of Islam does it not? moreResolved Question: Do you believe that instead of being race-organized, people should rather see themselves in religion?
For example, we all know the black-white thing. Then we know the black-mexican thing, the white-arab thing. People telling you you are acting like your black but your not. I'm kind of tired of seeing and hearing this. (On a side note, I would like to point out that even though mainly blacks wear New Era caps, loose fitting clothing, schmegh scarves, etc, none of it originated from them, so they can't point the finger.) But to get to the point, do you think that people should see themselves as Muslim, Christian, Jewish, etc, just to clarify what they actually believe in. Because many black Christians really have no idea what side they are on. moreResolved Question: EGYPT: DO YOU know what it means to be Nassery?

I heard that Jesus wasnt a white person but in fact an Arab Jew!; and that he is depicted as white because during the crusades when the Christians were driving back the muslim rulers from Spain, they made Jesus white so no one converts to Islam, and thinks Christianity is a white religion??? Is this True?? moreResolved Question: Who gives any Sunni the right to call Shiits Kuffar from the point of view of Alfiqh & Alsharea?
Some Arab countries allow different Islamic sects to live side by side, along with other religions and they all respect each other's belief. In the USA you get freedom of worship, you find all kinds of places of worship for all religions. Why can't we fallow that exemple? Embrasse each other in stead of pushing one onother away?Just accept the other sects only as MUSLIM BROTHERS AND SISTERS. moreResolved Question: Can someone plz use their common sense every once in a while......?
Why do people here in YA so easily fall for the stereotypes about Muslims? And why do people look at the Middle East when they think about Islam, when Arabs are a small majority of Muslims? Only 20% of the Muslim population is Arab, so why do people associate Islam with Arabs. Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world and Indonesia alone has more Muslims than Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Dubai, Oman, Abu Dhabi and Iraq put together!!! so why are Muslims always associated with Arabs? Why is it so hard for people to differentiate from Arab culture and religion??? Your thoughts? moreResolved Question: African-Americans reasons for embracing Arabic names?
This doesn't apply to everyone, but I was just reading Lew Alcindor's biography (sorry, I mean Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's biography) and I came across this quote about why he changed his name: "latching on to something that was part of my heritage, because many of the slaves who were brought here were Muslims. My family was brought to America by a French planter named Alcindor, who came here from Trinidad in the 18th Century. My people were Yoruba, and their culture survived slavery (...) My father found out about that when I was a kid, and it gave me all I needed to know that, hey, I was somebody, even if nobody else knew about it." Doesn't he realise that Northern Africa was not muslim to begin with? Islam spread to Northern Africa through Arab invasions during the Islamic conquests. I simply find this really ironic. o.0 It's fine if people convert to a religion and change their name if they want (even though I find this stupid) but how common is it to give yourself an ARABIC name (for non-muslims) if you have roots in Northern Africa? If you're speaking of preserving cultural heritage isn't that really shooting yourself in the foot? African-Americans have more in common with their American Christian heritage than the Arab muslim heritage. o.0 I'm not American, as a note. :) Nor a Christian, if this matters. So, how common is it to do it for this reason? Are there any other reasons? @Ggggbbb: Obama's dad is Kenyan and his Kenyan family are muslims (I presume). That's part of their identity now so that's no problem. @GreatBuddha: That's quite a generalisation. How are Africans closer to Islam? BOTH are foreign religions. In Northern Africa Islam is more prevalent since that's where the Arabs went and in Southern Africa Christianity is more prevalent since the Europeans managed to get there on there on their ships. And yes, both were often spread through force, violence, and colonialism. Malcolm X was a muslim, so he changed his name for this this reason... @Authentic Black American: Ok, I wasn't aware of that. :) But there are some African American muslims for sure. @THE TRUTH HURTS: I'm referring to the non-muslims. ;) I'm not referring to Africans either. I'm referring to the ethnic group of African-Americans... And people have Arabic names if they're muslims, obviously. And the question is if you're not a muslim, and African-American, why would you give yourself an Arabic name in honour of your roots when Northern Africans were commonly once upon a time forcefully converted to Islam? If you're a muslim now go for it. As a roots thing I find it odd though. Personally if I wanted to get in touch with my roots I'd pick an older local name. :) @Armor Of Light: I see you made no comment in regards to the Arab Islam. I'm clearly talking about identity, in which case American Christianity does exist. Did I dumb it down enough for you? :) @Demi Lovato Biggest Fan: Yeah... I hope you're a troll. :D Both Christianity and Islam existed in parts of Africa before colonialism took place. But it was really the Islamic conquest and European rush for Africa which spread the religions. But both religions were used to colonise (except most people seem to forget that Islam was too). Both religions replaced earlier local traditions and religions. And most religious people are aware of this and it's no issue. :) @Micheal W: Yeah... that's not really an answer. You sound a tad defensive? It's a sincere question. :/ moreResolved Question: Why aren't Middle Easterners considered Asians?
Well, the Middle East is part of Asia. Well most of it yes not Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Somalia. and Yeah, it is home to the three major World religions Judasism, Christanity and Islam. Also, living in Asia does not make you Asian but being of origin to any country in Asia makes you. For Example, Israel the Jewish state is not Asian because Jews there are of origins of more than a couple of nation's. Also, Egyptians, Somalians(may or may not be of Arab nationality), Sudanies who are of arab nationality, are of African origin because those countries are in Africa. The other countries Yemen, Saudia Arabia, Oman, Iraq, Iran, Baharain, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Palestine or Israel whatever you like to call it are all asian its people are that of its origins could or should be considered Asian. Jews can't be considered Asian because being Jewish is a religion not a nationality but Russian Jews who are from the Asian part of Russian could be considered Asian, or both Asian and European. By the way Jews can't also be considered Middle Eastern unless you are talking about Yemeni, Turkish, Saudi, Iranian, Syrian, Jews. Now back to the question why aren't Middle Easterners considered Asians?, Isn't most of the Middle East in Asia which should make the people who are of Origin of those countries Asian. And is the Middle East considered a separate coniteninent or part of the world where those people can not be considered Asian, African, or European meaning that they are in between those Three continents. I just feel ppl are stupid rude and have no clue about anything I was repeatedly made fun off harassed in all ways punched in back of neck on bus treated like in worse manners i didnt have any friends I felt worthless and like second class trash, looked down upon that feeling is terribe if you felt it, was crying on the inside and hated evangelicals for their trash and hypocricy in their manipulated religion which any one in right mind can disprove and for listening to trash in church about my people being bad ppl and implementing on me and listening to trash zionist media here in USA about my people I hated southerners especially for stupidness, backwardness and racists, i cant say americans because I dont like to put all americans like this bc i know there are good ones. i hated everyone and everything even myself for taking crap so long i contemplated going back but I grow up here unfortunately but i am still thinking about going back after college either way after high school and I felt that My feelings would go away but infact It did for a little bit i majored in premed so i can be a doctor and get respect and more importantly to help ppl but feelings came back alot more stronger in past few yrs with more vigor my chest hurts constantly I sleep alot so i dont think about it and my productivity is low i dropped out this semester in college because of this my hatred is at a very high level and anger. I want revenge so bad, I want to move on but I cant and I dont know what to do I see people from high school and i just cant look at them bc of humiliation or I look at them and cough to show them that I didnt like them or appreciate them which I really dont respect them. I never had love in my life no gf no friends all I have had is hate my soul is scorched I want revenge so bad, I want to move on with my life but I cant i tried forgiving them but i cant I just wanna take action in a way to restore my self and move on I CANT LIVE LIKE THIS in hell people i talk to myself and laugh to myself and think i am crazy, what do I do i appreciate any help if possible from anyone and I am sorry for venting or making you read all of this please dont ridicule or make fun bc itll be worthless so keep it to yourself.did this happen to me because of my ethnicity and lots of lies about my ppl, also do all americans hate my people, like what they are doing to iraqis i feel like americans hate us bc of what i stated earlier lies in media and stuff like there is a bridge or something or maybe thats how i always felt is this true of everyone because I always feel like an outcast maybe bc of what happened. i dont know FEEL LIKE IAM WASTING MY LIFE away if anyone expereinced this please help. moreArab Religion News
